Frequently Asked Questions
Are you currently accepting new therapy clients?
Yes, we are accepting new therapy clients with most appointments available within a week.
Do you offer telehealth or virtual therapy?
Yes, therapy sessions are available virtually across Florida.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, FL Blue (BCBS), Curative, Quest, and Tricare East. We also accepts private pay clients, with session rates ranging from $175 to $225.
What are your therapy goals for clients?
My goal is to empower them with the tools they need to feel confident that they are able to cope with life’s challenges and to be ok with the fact that working on their mental health is not always a linear process.
What do you value the most about therapy?
When clients feel safe and comfortable enough with me to open up about their past trauma, their fears, and their wishes for the future; the opportunity to help clients recognize their strengths and their capabilities; having a collaborative relationship with my clients where they participate in establishing their treatment goals and are involved in assessing their progress and recognize when they are ready to ‘fly’ on their own.
