What are your therapy goals for clients?
Ultimately, my goal is to create a space that feels right for you. As a therapist, I am warm, energetic, and always willing to meet you exactly where you are at: whether that is in a moment of deep reflection or a season of high-energy change. I want you to know that therapy with me isn’t about fitting into a box; it’s about providing you with a dedicated, supportive environment to navigate whatever is bringing you through the door at your own pace.
What do you value the most about therapy?
Being a witness to process, the integration of creativity and humor as tools for healing, and the collaborative challenge that sparks true growth. I believe therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative partnership, one that allows for creativity, humor, and the necessary challenge to spark change. Within this intentional boundary, I consider it a profound privilege to be a witness to your progress. My goal is to provide a grounded, safe space where you can be truly seen, ensuring that while our connection is genuine, it remains a dedicated space focused entirely on your healing and self-discovery.
