Shana Aurbach is a student intern clinician who enjoys working with adults (18+) navigating life’s transitions and challenges. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence to therapy and values authenticity, emotional safety, and collaboration within the therapeutic relationship. Shana believes therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and accepted, and she strives to create a nonjudgmental space rooted in empathy and curiosity.

Are you currently accepting new therapy clients?

Yes, we are accepting new therapy clients with most appointments available within a week.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual therapy?

Yes, therapy sessions are available virtually across Florida.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are in-network with United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, FL Blue (BCBS), Curative, Quest, and Tricare East.  We also accepts private pay clients, with session rates ranging from $175 to $225.

What are your therapy goals for clients?

My goal in therapy is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools to navigate their lives with greater clarity and confidence. I want clients to know that I approach therapy with curiosity, respect, and collaboration, and that I am committed to meeting them where they are while supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

I value most in the therapeutic relationship authenticity, emotional safety, and collaboration. Grounded in a humanistic, person-centered approach, I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and accepted as they are. I value creating a nonjudgmental space where clients are met with empathy and curiosity, and where the therapeutic process honors each individual’s lived experience, strengths, and pace of growth.
