Yes, therapy sessions are available virtually across Florida.

Yes, we are in-network with United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, FL Blue (BCBS), Curative, Quest, and Tricare East. We also accepts private pay clients, with session rates ranging from $175 to $225.
What are your therapy goals for clients?
I want clients to know that I will meet them where they’re at while guiding them to a path of recovery. My only expectations are for them to show up as they are, to be open to learning, and to be open to trying new things. I offer Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as specialized modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.
What do you value the most about therapy?
Creating a safe space, collaborating with my clients, and seeing them overcome their struggles.
