Briana Saavedra, M.S., Ed.S., LMHC, NCC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She earned both her Master of Science Degree and Education Specialist Degree in Counseling and Human Systems from Florida State University.

Briana enjoys working with clients across all stages of life, with particular interests in children experiencing anxiety and performance challenges, high-performance and executive mental health, and individuals navigating relationship difficulties related to past trauma. She is passionate about helping clients build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthier patterns in their daily lives.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual therapy?

Yes, therapy sessions are available virtually across Florida.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are in-network with United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, FL Blue (BCBS), Curative, Quest, and Tricare East.  We also accepts private pay clients, with session rates ranging from $175 to $225.
