Jackie earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University and has extensive experience providing individual, group, and family therapy for clients struggling with mental illness, substance abuse, and trauma. Through this work, she developed a deep passion for supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma and the recovery process, helping them build resilience and reclaim their well-being.
