Frequently Asked Questions
Are you currently accepting new therapy clients?
Yes, we are accepting new therapy clients with most appointments available within a week.
Do you offer telehealth or virtual therapy?
Yes, therapy sessions are available virtually across Florida.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, FL Blue (BCBS), Curative, Quest, and Tricare East. We also accepts private pay clients, with session rates ranging from $175 to $225.
What are your therapy goals for clients?
For the clients, but to allow them to feel safe and comfortable enough to practice finding small and long-term solutions to small and long-term goals that the clients enter in with therapy. I enjoy practicing role-plays as well and helping the clients process potential negative and/or positive consequences of answers to their goals or desires. My goal is also to encourage them to take safe risks that will help clients to achieve their goals without swaying a client in a specific way.
What do you value the most about therapy?
Without the therapeutic alliance, there is no therapeutic process. I value and prioritize the alliance to build a sense of safety and comfort for the client to learn to entrust a stranger with their secrets, possible dark thoughts, struggles, hopes, and dreams.
